Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that all our books, are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a book that is defective or damaged, we are happy to assist you with a refund or replacement, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Domestic Orders:
  • If you believe the book you received is defective or damaged, please notify us by sending clear pictures of the defect within 6 hours of receiving the package.
  • If you are unable to provide pictures within 6 hours, we offer a maximum window of 24 hours after delivery to report the issue.
  • Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  1. International Orders:
  • For international customers, please send us pictures of the defective or damaged book within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • We are unable to process refund or replacement requests made beyond the 48-hour window.

Please ensure the photos clearly show the defect or damage. Once we receive and verify the issue, we will process your refund or arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@oslobooksindia.com and send your item to: House No. 19 Fort Road Gwalior – 474003.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
